AI Automation Expert
We are looking for an AI Automation expert who can design and implement intelligent automation workflows for Indian businesses — from WhatsApp chatbots to complex multi-step AI agents.
Responsibilities
- →Build AI-powered WhatsApp chatbots using Twilio, Meta API, and LLM integrations
- →Design and implement no-code/low-code automation using n8n, Make, or Zapier
- →Develop custom AI agents using OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs
- →Integrate automations with CRMs (Perfex, Zoho), ERPs, and third-party APIs
- →Work directly with clients to understand workflows and translate them into automation
- →Document and hand over solutions with training materials
Requirements
- ✓2+ years experience in automation or AI development
- ✓Hands-on with n8n, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms
- ✓Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks
- ✓Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript for custom scripts
- ✓Good communication skills — client-facing role
- ✓Bonus: Experience with WhatsApp Business API
₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month depending on experience
Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business for Websicon across India. You will identify leads, pitch IT services, and close deals for website, AI chatbot, CRM, and automation projects.
Responsibilities
- →Generate and qualify leads through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, calls, and referrals
- →Understand client requirements and propose the right IT solution
- →Prepare basic proposals and coordinate with the technical team
- →Follow up consistently to convert prospects into paying clients
- →Maintain a CRM pipeline and report weekly targets
- →Build long-term relationships and generate repeat/referral business
Requirements
- ✓1+ year experience in B2B sales (IT, software, or digital marketing preferred)
- ✓Fluent in Hindi + working English — most clients are Hindi-speaking
- ✓Self-driven with proven ability to hit monthly targets
- ✓Comfortable with WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
- ✓Basic understanding of IT services (websites, apps, chatbots)
- ✓Bonus: Existing network of SME / business owners
₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + attractive commission on closures
Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build client websites, web apps, CRM customizations, and internal tools. You will work on real projects for Indian businesses from day one.
Responsibilities
- →Build and deploy websites and web applications using Next.js / React
- →Customize and extend self-hosted CRMs (Perfex CRM, Rise CRM, Concord CRM)
- →Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services (payment gateways, WhatsApp, etc.)
- →Work on mobile-responsive UI with Tailwind CSS
- →Manage deployments on VPS (DigitalOcean, Hostinger, AWS)
- →Collaborate with the design and AI team for end-to-end delivery
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of full-stack development experience
- ✓Strong in React / Next.js and Node.js / PHP
- ✓Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
- ✓Comfortable with Git, Linux, and VPS deployment
- ✓Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS
- ✓Bonus: Experience with Perfex CRM (PHP/CodeIgniter) or Laravel
